FTL/LTL:

Dedicated team of dispatchers will be searching for FTL and LTL freight that will bring in the most gross income and help meet your business goals. 

NEGOTIATION AND BOOKING:

Our dispatchers will be in charge of rate negotiation and booking on your behalf. We ensure to book the best load available for your truck. *We encourage NO FORCE freight*

CREDIT CHECK:

Broker credit checks are preformed prior to load booking to ensure all loads do get paid out and in a timely manner.

BROKER SETUP:

Your dedicated dispatching team will be in charge of handling ALL Broker/Carrier paperwork including Setup packet, Rate Confirmation and Driver information Sheets. ANY AND ALL communication needed between Broker and Carrier, will be handled by your dispatcher. 

FACTORING:

Dispatcher will submit invoices and paperwork to your factoring company same day of delivery to ensure payment is made in a timely mannor for each load  

INSURANCE ASSIASSISTANCE:

Dispatcher will take over all insurance requests from brokers. Not only will dispatcher submit COI to broker but also will request COI from your insurance agent or will generate new COI with access to insurance portal. 

FILING/TRACKING:

With this additional service we will be filing Rate confirmations and Bill of Lading into a digital drive shared with you to make sure your company has an organized point of reference for personal and legal purposes. We also organize your loads into a spreadsheet for tracking. This spreadsheet will help you see what your truck has been making weekly and Monthly along with the miles driven.

To help you with any pickup or drop off issues, broker updates, fuel saving routes and even cheapest gas stations in route.
